Our traditional driving school has always been the best school in the neighborhood. Other local schools couldnt reach our level and what is even more important, they couldnt achieve so big numbers of candidates every month! The business was going on very well throughout all those years. Finally, the complications had to appear... They opened another great driving school nearby and the number of customers dramatically fell down. Their offer was even better than our offer. They had better staff, more money and better qualifications to conduct those services as it really should be. One day, my father had an idea... he decided to make a competition. Every school had to choose three candidates with the best Theory test results and they were to fight in a kind of contest. The purpose for all this was pure marketing. Such events always attract a lot of attention. This theory test contest was one of the first innovative ideas of my father. Later on he also invented many other, wacky ideas to attract customers. I dont even know what the final result was, I suppose our school won because our theory test specialists were really good! The candidates were divided into two groups, both coming from the same city!
